This two-bedroom unit occupies part of the second storey and all of the third storey, and is unquestionably Grace’s Places nicest apartment. It has a second-storey deck overlooking Dalton Road (accessed from the kitchen so it’s a nice spot for morning coffee) and a third-storey deck facing west... a nice sunny spot for a quiet cocktail after work...

• The galley KITCHEN has a stainless steel smooth-top self-cleaning range, a bottom-freezer refrigerator and a (quiet) dishwasher by Bosch. There’s also a stainless-steel microwave oven. The upscale Ikea cabinets have undercounter lighting and a glass tile backsplash. There’s a double sink with a single-handle faucet, and a separate faucet for filtered water. The floors are porcelain tile.

• The kitchen has room for a small dining table. (Note that there is no separate dining room, so the apartment is arguably unsuited to large dinner parties).

• The LIVING ROOM has a bay window, a large ceiling fan with remote control, recessed lights on a dimmer, and bamboo flooring laid over QuietDown acoustical insulation.

• The stair to the third storey is carpeted (Berber) and has an exposed brick wall and a large skylight.

• The third-story BEDROOMS also have bamboo flooring laid over acoustical insulation. In addition, the wall cavities between the bedrooms are filled with acoustical insulation, as are the walls between the bathroom and the bedroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans with remote controls.

• The BATHROOM has a deep acrylic soaker tub and a thermostatic shower mixer by Grohe. The vanity has a glass top and a stylish single-handle faucet. The toilet is Toto’s “Ultimate” model, renowned for its efficiency and quietness. The floors are porcelain tile with energy-efficient under-floor heating (on a set-back thermostat). All water lines are wrapped in acoustical insulation and all door openings have solid-core “Safe ‘N Sound” doors by Masonite.

• There is a modern and well-equipped laundry room in the basement of the building.
