The fine print
This is a small apartment and storage is limited. The bedrooms do not have full-height closets, although the master bedroom has abundent half-height storage under the eaves.
There is no dining room, although there is a dining nook in the kitchen.
There is no onsite parking. Street parking is usually available, however a permit is required.
Energy-efficient window air conditioners are permitted, subject to an energy surcharge ($85 per machine for the season). Portable air conditioners are not permitted.
A lease is required, although the length of the lease is negotiable. Should the tenant wish to terminate the lease early they may do so, subject to a penalty equal to 5% of the rent which would have been paid had the lease run to its full term.
