Tenant Help and Advice

 

In Ontario most aspects of the landlord - tenant relationship are governed by the Tenant Protection Act. The Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal is responsible for providing public education, mediation and adjudication services relating to the Tenant Protection Act. Know your rights (and responsibilities).



Public Transit


334 Seaton Street


The Carlton-College streetcars (routes 506 and 306) operate 24 hour service and connect with the Yonge Street subway. The route #75 Sherbourne bus operates from approximately 5:30 A.M. to 12:30 A.M. and connects with the Bloor - Danforth subway.

Dalton Road

Dalton Road is served by both the Bloor - Danforth and Spadina subway lines between 6:00 A.M. and 2:00 A.M.
At other hours service is provided by the route #300 Bloor Street bus.

Parking


On-site parking is available at 334 Seaton Street. No onsite parking is available at Dalton Road, however street parking permits are generally available.
