Please note that Grace's Places offers bachelor apartments which range in price from $750 to $850, while one-bedroom apartments range in price from $1,400 to $1,600. Two-bedroom apartments start at $2,000. If you wish to be notified of upcoming availabilities please be specific with regard to the type of apartment you are interested in.

Please be aware that if you are applying for an apartment which has been advertised on craigslist or Kijiji there is likely to be considerable interest, and showings will be limited to those candidates whose needs and wants most closely match the qualities afforded by the relevant apartment.
You will increase your chances of getting a showing if you provide me with some information regarding your current situation and why you feel that his apartment will meet your needs.
You are offering a furnished apartment, but I have my own furniture? Can I replace your furniture with my own?
Unfortunately we have very limited storage facilities.
It seems that all of your apartments are non-smoking. Do you have any apartments where smoking is permitted?
All apartments are non-smoking in the interest of the comfort and safety of other tenants. Furnished outdoor smoking areas are provided at the Annex and Cabbagetown properties.
Do your properties offer parking?
Monthly parking is offered at Grace's Places' Cabbagetown property @ $80 per month. (There is one space reserved for free visitor parking).
At the Annex property there is no onsite parking, but street parking is usually available for tenants, and short-term permits are available (online) for your guests.
At the Gerrard property free parking is usually available on the street (except during rush-hour) and permits are usually available on the side streets. For more information refer to the link on the "Resources" page.
Is Grace's Places pet-friendly?
Do I need to sign a lease?
In most cases a fixed-term lease is necessary, although the length of the lease is negotiable. It is understood, however, that a tenant's circumstances may change, so tenants may terminate their tenancies prior the end of their leases by paying a fee equal to 5% of the rent which would have been paid if the lease had been fulfilled.
