For many landlords photography is a hobby. In my case photography is my profession, and to the extent that I get a great deal of satisfaction our of rehabilitating distressed rental properties (and filling them with terrific tenants) it could be legitimately argued that landlording is my hobby. When people ask me what I "do for a living" I'm never quite sure how to answer.
