Given that many tenants at Dalton Road have expressed interest in beautifying their decks and balconies, I will once again be offering encouragement in the form of $25 rent credits to any tenant spending $50 or more on plantings, and a $50 prize for the best deck garden, to be determined at the end of the summer.
